99 days... how ... memorial!

I got to spend Friday with Linds and Julie doing some shopping (missed you Hailey!) Can't wait for Julie's baby!  I'm trying to talk her into Desi Arnez...... It's a boy.
We made it to 99 days!!  hallelujah chorus!  I remember when it was 199 and that seemed like just yesterday- kind of scary- but really exciting.
We went to the Sand Dunes for Memorial weekend and enjoyed lots of family time and rain.  This was the first trip that I did not get on a four wheeler even once.  Tony rode around Ryker's 80 and I think he had a good time teaching Afton how to drive it.  Most of the pictures are on my camera but I got some on my phone as well....
Now we know what I will look like if I am bald and constipated

My boyfriend is going to be a heart breaker

The BEST

Lots of napping for everyone

I am so grateful for Tony and love that he is so incredibly helpful!  Portia and Andy just moved into their new home (which is so great) and we helped them move in some furniture since we missed paint day.  Gracie is pretty much hilarious and cracked everyone up the whole time.  I love her!
peek a boo game- gracie couldn't decide about tony but I think she likes him

so helpful

Gracie makes the most hilarious faces!  I love it.

Grandpa Mark "gave" her this butter knife and I had to send portia a pic of what grandpa was letting her do.

Tony and I taught Gracie how to shake hands and every time I would hold out my hand and shake her's she would say hi and then immediately turn to Tony and shake his hand and say hi.  I only caught the tail end before she stopped and noticed she was on camera.

Temple Time!

Yesterday we got to do the taste testing for our wedding which was fun... mostly because i got to try every kind of cake they make.  Gotta hit the gym today.....

After work we got to go to the temple for our first time together and it was great!  Tony was looking handsome as ever-dayum! I'm actually going to really miss doing baptisms.  I like feeling clean when you leave (even though you have to go home and take a shower) I'm so excited to be able to go together, hopefully every week.
Unfortunately I didn't think about the picture until we were leaving.. sassy wet hair do

Thanks Shane for making this moment so much more memorable

In other news... we have been given some rules to help keep us "safe" Don't really love them but you gotta do what you gotta do.  Here is Tony's way of making sure that happens.
He's got a great picture face
104 left!
yes, we dress to match

Halfway

So if you feel like we have been engaged forever... you are correct.  We have been engaged for 107 days and have 107 left.  This is tough and I do not recommend this long of an engagement except it is very low stress since you have loads of time to plan etc.  I seriously can't wait to marry this guy

Sometimes we drive each other crazy but I wouldn't trade him for anything.  I have been known my whole life for the love and leave technique (more like they like you back and then it's not that much fun anymore) and I'm so glad I finally found someone that I just couldn't live without! I love this silly kid and wish that it was Sept 7 already.  I love him more and more everyday and that means it's a lot today!! Can't wait for this homie to be my hubby- bad joke.

I'M IN LOVE AND I DON'T CARE WHO KNOWS IT!

Happy Birthday Amanda!!

So yesterday was Amanda's birthday and the ladies of the family got together at Red Robin for some grub.  It is always a nice little break from work and of course I love to see my kids.  Ryker is so well behaved without Afton there!

In other news I got to spend an evening with my other half... other other half Hailey.  It was so refreshing to spend some time with her greatness.  Especially since she helped me water the flowers and she broke her sandal and wore these fabulous moon boots into golden spoon.

And last but not least I love when family comes to the touchin' lives capitol - especially when we play UNO.  I don't know why this was so funny to me.. but it was.

I love creepy cory in the corner and Ryker trying to convince him to play

Registering can be FUN!

We got to go register this week and we learned that if you are able to get away with it you should use motorized carts.  Our feet, knees, and backs ached!  It was rough.  Tony was a peach and even held my purse because I couldn't hold it for 4 hours!!  plus it weighs about 40 lbs due to my water and chocolate stash.  We didn't have much to register for and the guy told us to pick more so if you see our registry just know that could be why we picked some of the stuff we did.
We did not register for these bike helmets but I kind of want to go back and add them

I love him and his testing skills

IF YOU HAVE NOT SEEN THIS MOVIE YOU MUST!  I LOVE IT!

If you need to register
1. leave your purse at home
2. wear comfy shoes
3. don't go hungry, bring chocolate/carbs
4. have fun

Blessings Overload!

First of all shout out to our moms!  As all of you know I have followed Paula around my whole life never letting her further away than 10 yds and yesterday when my dad had us go around and share something about why she is important to us there was literally not one kid with dry eyes.  Surprisingly we get the emotion from my dad. :)
I can't really speak for Tony so I will give a personal shout out to Tony's mom Melanie.  I couldn't love my new family more.  I feel so blessed to have Melanie as a mother-in-law (soon) and from the time I have known her I can tell you she is hardworking and would do ANYTHING for her kids.  She is a great mom and we love her!

We have been basking in the great moments of our friend's lives and I couldn't love it more.  Last week we had Callan's baby blessing....I love getting back to my roots at the Cook home.  They pretty much raised me as the sixth child (even if it was against their will)  Courtney is a great mom with the stinkin cutest kid Easton.  That kid makes me LAUGH!  Callan is pretty great too as you can see below.  Lots of smiles from that babe.

Then this last week Portia's husband Andy got baptized!  We got to attend his confirmation and it was so great to see!  Portia and Andy are as much family as they could get.  I'm so proud of Andy and so excited for them to get sealed one day!  And love even more that I will be there!!!

Gracie Lou Freebush is pretty much my favorite godchild ever
And last but not least miss Jenny Lou herself had the most studly baby ever!  I can't believe that my Jenny Lou is growing up but she looked so great and so does her baby.  Happy Mother's Day to all my friends who are showing me how it's done!  I love you all!
Baby Rylan

Can't wait to be a mom one day.  It will be a far away day but I can/can't wait. Shout out to all the great moms out there

Multi-tasking

On Saturday I had the lovely privilege of some time with Lindsey and on the way back she was dropping me off at Tony's house.  He said that his cousin had asked to play xbox online and we figured out quite the arrangement.  I watched a movie on the laptop with headphones while he played the game with his headphones and he would just randomly hear my wheeze old man laugh.  I think marriage will suit us well.
